On Monday, September 16th, GFS celebrated International Dot Day with a syndicated read aloud of The Dot by Peter Reynolds. Following the reading the entire GFS community gathered on the field to create a large GFS, symbolizing the value each unique individual, or tiny dot, contributes to the fabric of our GFS community.
The last few weeks at GFS have had many highlights and community events. It has been great to see so many families on campus for Museum Night, Mini K, Grade 3 Hoedown, Field Day and the Grade 5 Band and Orchestra Concert.
