For after-hours bus parking concerns ONLY, please call: 475-262-8278.
Bus assignments are found in PowerSchool under the “Transportation” sub menu.
- ALL STUDENTS MUST BE AT THE BUS STOP 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO PICK UP.
- Registrations after August 25 may take up to 5-10 business days before a stop is assigned. Please keep checking the PowerSchool account for the assignment.
- ALL KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT AT THE TIME OF PICK UP AND DROP OFF.
- Return times are subject to many different factors: traffic, road conditions, delayed boarding at school, etc.

FirstView Bus Tracking App
Westport Public Schools is pleased to introduce FirstView 1.0, an upgrade to the FirstView bus tracking app currently in use.
With FirstView 1.0, parents and caregivers can download the secure, easy-to-use vehicle tracking mobile app that will allow you to stay easily connected to your student(s) daily trips. FirstView 1.0 is compatible with your smartphone or desktop.
The upgrade will launch on April 28, 2025 at which point, the current FirstView Classic app will no longer be available. In preparation, please begin downloading the app as soon as April 7th. You will need the District Code which can be found under your child's Transportation Tab in PowerSchool.
