Seventeen GFS students visited the Luis Munoz Marin Elementary School during their Scholastic Book Fair. This book fair was put on with generous donations from the GFS community from our Read for Change initiative earlier in the year. The 700 students in this K-8 elementary school were able to pick out two books from the fair to bring home. The joy on the faces of all the students was remarkable. GFS also donated our The Year of the Dog books so the students and staff can have a One Book One School experience. A big thank you to Leigh Cataudo, Liz Leary, the PTA, and our students and families for making this happen.
