Since the staff and students could not come together as a large group on November 11, the fifth-grade students highlighted Veterans Day on the morning newscast Patches Productions.
The anchors below led the newscast shown to the entire school that included; the pledge of allegiance, a message from Captain John Murtagh, and music from each branch of service. We look forward to November 11, 2022, when we can gather together to honor our GFS veterans past and present.
